★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience till date from any shop. At first, they broke the promise of timely delivery and that too not by 1-2 days but by 2 weeks delay. The dimension of the product is less what was mentioned and the finishing and quality is pathetic. On top of that they don't admit they mistake and blame customer and don't correct it or return. Never going to visit this shop in future and highly suggest everyone to avoid this shop if you don't want your hard earned money to go waste.
I wish google can introduce some feature of showing dissatisfaction score because stars are actually showing positive but there is nothing good or positive about the product of this shop. These guys can score very good on the customer dissatisfaction score, may be 100 !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Booked a Sofa cum bed and delivery keep changing moreover you need to follow up with them about the status.
The sofa cum bed was not properly finished has sharp edges in it and the cloth was torn on the top. My product is yet to be delivered but experience and expectations on the product and quality are already downgraded.
I have spoke to owner and he has addressed all the points... Updating the review...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are many sofas and beds options at budget rates. People are really good here as they will explain beautifully without sales pitch. Located on the main road with enough space for parking.
Not so bad not so good. But there are many choices and range. Designs could be better.

Positive
1) Decent size furniture store/showroom. Beautiful designs and variety accross all segments, they also take customise orders.
2) Professional sales team and dedicated customer service team. Keep you updated during making process.
3) They provide warranty and after sales service also, I got my issues reolved without any additional charges.
4) Door step delivery at nominal fee.(Pls check your product at store for quality assurance and self satisfaction)
5) You will get notifications for or new designs. You can opt for different fabric/accessories/colour they have good options.

Feedback:- Should use treated wood so ageing doesn't affect furniture and edges should be trimmed.
