★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment Sai Residency at Gothapata built by Dream Home builders, Bhubaneswar is in bad shape. Poor quality building, maintenance work and fittings done. Promises not fulfilled. Even after so called 3 - 4 years of possession, common area work is still pending. Staff of the company are uncooperative. The promised approach road to the building is dug up, disputed and it seems that the builder is not interested to solve the problem. Reaching the apartment is a herculean task. Everybody speaks bundle of lies. Beware.
