★ ★ ★ ★ ★ बड़ा दुख हुआ,एक समय था गुरु को ईश्वर का दर्जा दिया जाता था,मुझे पता चला है,आपके स्कूल मे teachers को बैठने को चेयर तक नही है,ये तो सीधे तौर पर शोषण है,जब गुरु ही मानसिक रुप से स्वस्थ नही होगा,अच्छी तरह से कैसे पढा पायेगा,एक महिला teacherको बहुत सी समस्या होती है,हर class room मे एक चेयर होना जरुरी है,ताकी गुरु कुछ समय के लिये बैठकर मन से बच्चो को ज्ञान दे सके,और अब गुरु चेयर पर बैठता है,सभी बच्चो के मन मे उसके प्रति आदर भाव उत्पन्न होता है,हम कैसे भुल गये,गुरु का स्थान ईश्वर तुल्य है,उसको एक मजदूर कीतरह सिर्फ खडे होके ज्ञान देना है,ये सरासर शोषण है,सभी parents को भी संज्ञान लेना चाहिये,जो गुरु उनको बच्चो का भविष्य बनाता है,सब कुछ बच्चो को अर्पण कर देना चाहता है,उसका इतना भी अधिकार नही,कुछ पल बैठकर बच्चो को ज्ञान दे,बहुत से शोध हुये है,अगर गुरु को मानसिक शान्ति नही है,वो अपना 100%, बच्चोको नही दे पायेगा,बेरोजगारी बहुत है,इसलिये गुरु मजबुर है,कुछ कह नही पाता,पर हाई लेवल management officers को देखना चाहिये,ये सिर्फ मूर्खता है,कुर्सी नही होगी तो अच्छी पढाई होगी,सरासर गलत,
किसी को जब शारीरिक आराम मिलेगा,तभी तो वो थीक से पूरी शक्ति,तन्मयता से ज्ञान देगा,think it deeply,sir,
