I had left my Duke 200 for service at Dream Machines a week before, after service now it runs smoother than any new Duke. I am quite happy with the quality of service that I've got which I aint had in any KTM office service.
Frankly speaking, my 25000km run machine is all new. A special thanks for the service team and management for the incomparable service.

The customer service is good, their quality is outstanding. I really never have to worry about the bike if I get it serviced here.
on few occasions I had to service my bike at authorized service center and it was pathetic compared to dream machine service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are tired of your bike not being maintained properly from your manufacturer servicing, then this the place your bike deserves, we all have a special bond to our bikes and when normal mechanics ignore the problems he have, it effects our love for our bikes, but this place will treat your bike like a patient, their expertise will find all the problem and repair it in time and also you will laugh when you see the bill. Its always lesser than your expectations.
My rc 390 had allot of problems like gears shifting issues, vibration and engine refinement, after i gave it for service to dream machine, it now runs smoother than the time i rode it for the first time.
10/10 will give their bike for repair and servive here

I was thoroughly satisfied with the service and kindness of staff and the owner. My bike now rides better than it ever has!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place for bike service. I own Yamaha FZ25. The patiently listen to your bike problems and tend to it. They do service almost all bikes including superbikes. The quality of service was very good. Cost of service is a bit high but after service once you get to ride your bike, the money paid feels worth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are the best I've ever seen in Bangalore. They do all kinds of modifications for your bike , they will also service the bike .
You will definitely love the way of service they will be giving. These people in dream machine are more passionate about the bikes than money . Do give your 2 Wheeler for a service or so & experience their love towards machines ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with their service. I had serviced and my bike rebored here years ago and took it back to them last year. They took longer than mentioned to service the bike.
Next, when I reached to collect the bike one/more day(s) later than originally planned, the bike was still not ready and nobody was at the garage except one guy who didn't even look like he worked at there.
After I called the owner/manager, he also called and was given instructions to finish work on my bike while I was asked to come back in like one hour. Took my bike finally an hour later and within 1-3 days, some minor issue cropped up.
I had to return to get the same fixed (which they did for free, but the original charge was expensive enough anyhow at like Rs. 2,500 or so for service plus oil, minor parts)
A few more small issues continued to crop up after their "service". Their location was too far for me to return so I got those fixed where it was convenient thinking that's normal.
Now I have just returned from a different mechanic who told me a lot of steps seemed to have been skipped when the last service was done due to which the bike is not running as smoothly as it should. They have even forgotten to put one pipe which is causing the engine to overheat even if the bike just runs for 0.5 km! Like what the hell!!??!!!
Really disappointed as I expect much better service from a garage like Dream Machines especially considering how much they charge and how much time they take.
So I will no longer be returning to this mechanic. I do not recommend this place at all, unless of course you have time and money to waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely experienced mechanics attend to the vehicles .They do a very neat job of servicing,attend to any problem in the vehicle. There has been no complaint after servicing the vehicle. I am giving my vehicle for service for the last 7 years. No complaint whatsoever so far. Reasonable charges for any repairs. Trustworthy people
