★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just Visited school for admission, but behaviour of Reception man's are not good. these guys are not proper responding on queries. these are siting and replying like a Ticket counter of any worst cinema hall. kindly help to improve it .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today is 10th may 2021, I like to share a bad experience with DREAMLAND NURSERY KG AND JUNIOR SCHOOL Sinthi more ,Kolkata. they had a notice to refund security deposit of the class on the event of leaving of school. I had submitted the application within stipulated time. in between these days my family and I got covid positive and undergone physical and mental trauma. today is the last date of refund. I contacted but they refuse to pay the refund showing the cause I did not contact them in time. I communicated with teacher incharge and other teachers and also to the management. but they respond in the same track without considering my problem. School blocked my contact. I have paid monthly fees regularly without any fail and it has a record with me.
I will request honorable Education Minister , Government of West Bengal to bring justice in this regard.
I request to all of you to comment on this issue.
