★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a chor co. we had booked a flat in republic crossing under their prelaunching stage and deposited Rs. 3.50 lacs in the year 2005. But when the Co. did not start the constructions even after 5 years of their schedule. we applied for refund and submitted in person all the set of papers desired by their officials, thrice. No receipt was given to us and it was refused by them, but the payment has not been made to me even after 10 years of deposit. Madhuri and Anshu Rastogi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the most unprofessional company you will ever see. The so called Director Pawan Bhadna gets underground every other month just to avoid the people from whom he has taken the money. They have only one project in crossing Republik which has not been completed till date, even after taking full amount from the buyers. They have given possession letter of one flat to more than one person. in a previous project at Bhiwadi, they just took the money and never started the project and now the buyers/investors are searching for Pawan Bhadana but he is absconding.
The only Star I have given here is just for the sake of submitting this review, otherwise this company does not deserve any.
