I went through many reviews and saw there are many reviews which are just fake and there is no way, we can reach out to these fake identities!! Throughout the last 3 years where I have worked with them, every day is a learning!! There are two ends to everything, be it the employee or the employer, so think before you accept such manipulative reviews!!
Coming to the customers, yes one cannot make each and everyone happy, go and check out yourself for any product or service as one shoe cannot fit all!!
I would say, many a times when our customers went satisfied after the delivery we were overjoyed, but when there were unsatisfied customers, we introspected, and in return we went overboard and try resolving the issues of the clients!!
While concluding, I would like to say that I am happy to be a part of such an organisation where they go overboard and try reaching out to both employees and clients in case of dissatisfaction!!

I gave an outline of the project.... but she kept pushing. I finally gave up and i was forcrd to end the call. But she kept saying something about the google earth project she was working on... I am just amazed by the unprofessional approach.
