Drishti is the restaurant of Sudesh Banquet & Hotel. The restaurant is like a hidden gem in this area. The location might be a little tricky to find. It is located in a by lane of Sarat bose Rd. Nearest landmark being the deshapriya park. Sampled the #VegetableMakkhanwala & #PaneerDoPyaza with #ButterNaan & all tasted delicious. The paneer do pyaza is a must try, though the butter naan lacked in butter. The interiors are nothing extravagant but seem ok. The seats are comfortable & the staff courteous. The ambiance and interiors can be improved with better & warm lighting. On the whole it's a good option in this area.

Get your dose of healthy morning breakfast from Dristi Breakfast buffet serving places are not so common in Kolkata , that too at the price of 300+ taxes is just mind blowing . Located in the lane beside National High school for girls at Deshapriya park , stands Hotel Sudesh tower where lies this restaurant named dristi. Breakfast is an important meal for the day but often in today's busy schedule we people skip it , but what if you get such a grand spread covering dishes from north to south india and also some continental delicacies .Won't you give a second thought on it? So let's get into a detailed picture about their breakfast menu. First of all ,the menu gets changing with each passing day so my review is based completely on my personal experience from the day i visited. Next , get yourself a seat as early as possible because it's a breakfast menu and don't mix it with an early lunch . Also this place serves both lunch and dinner and remains open from 7.30 in the morning to midnight but my review is solely on their breakfast buffet. I started my day with a cup of hot coffee and some cookies , then i had my hands on club kachoris , which are small sized kachoris served with potato curry . Then i moved on to my bread and butter toast followed by cheese omlette . The omlette was so well prepared that i had to order for more. You can opt for any preparation of your choice of egg. From the south indian section , I had their idly dosa and vada . The idlis were so soft and it was served with piping hot sambar and chuney , the sambar again was absolutely perfect. I also enjoyed the crispy dosa and vada with my sambar. From the north indian section we were offered chole kulcha. Not so familiar in taste yet getting all the praises was the chole and the stuffed kulchas were again too good. Also you can have fresh cut fruits with your meal. Finally there is also a sweet option for all of you , we got to have the wonderful malpua with rabri . Ah! What a way to end your meal with full satisfaction . The place is fully air conditioned and the attendents are always ready to help you and customise your meal preference. My picks for this place are the chole kulche , idly , malpua with rabri
