1. GST threat to avoid issuing invoice:
Refusals to issue any kind of invoice or document. I finally requested to issue a quotation. That too was issued on letter head of some other sister company. This threat works well for people who don’t understand GST. It doesn’t work for me, because I understand the technical position of GST on car hire services.
2. Quality of cars:
Extremely poor level in terms of performance and cleanliness. I took an Innova which was 12 years old and in a pathetic state. I overspent in fuel as the car was not taking off speed. I requested to refund a nominal amount for fuel but it was not considered.
3. Response and turnaround time.
Extremely fast to get the order and advance.
Extremely slow and poor in returning the deposit. They will give all sort of reasons, PhonePe, gpay not working, technical problems, etc.
4. Attitude and service standards
Don’t treat customers with any respect or courtesy.
So people, if you need good car and good service, then I’ll suggest there are plenty of players in the self drive segment. At least enquire about the age of the car, speed limit issues, etc.

Car was a bit old felt uncomfortable in start but later on it was smooth buttery
Had an amazing drive Maharashtra & Gujarat and back.
Their services and delivery was on time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Think before you sign up for any service from this car rental agency. We booked Verna Automated (white color), the car was in pathetic condition which we didn't understand when they handed it over to us, all the tires were nearly punctured. The wiper was not working. After 400 kms of driving, the reverse gear stopped working and finally on our way back, the car broke down completely. We had to carry it using towing van (Costed us 20000 rupees). We planned a trip for three days, but we got a headache for three days. It ruined our trip, we spent about 40000 rupees on the car while the booking amount was 9000. While returning the car, the owner didn't pick up our call instead he asked his driver to take the hand over. Trust me, if you want to have a happy trip, go for a well maintained car, otherwise it'll ruin your peace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer experience ever. We waited outside the closed shop for 2 hours. We kept calling the owner and the worker but nobody responded for 2 hours even when they knew that we had booked the car for 7:30AM one week back with the full pre-paid rent. The car was unclean and pathetic. Owner and workers didn’t even have courtesy to apologise for the delay. Even after making us wait for 2 hours, owner asked us to cancel if we didn’t want it after taking full rent in advance.
Do not recommend this place at all. Don’t go for it if you don’t want to ruin your trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came from another state and took an Innova crysta for 3 days and the car was very nicely maintained. The behavior of owner was also very calm and composed. Haven't had a single issue in the trip. They even arranged a pick up from airport when requested, which was really a big help. Prices of the cars are very reasonable - at par or even less than leading players in market. It's like....you get what you see. Always check the car properly and take. You won't face any issue. Being a frequent traveller and having experienced around 4-5 self driving vendors, I'd definitely recommend you drive urself !
