★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its bee more than a year i have used their services, but forgot to rate them. Car handover was very smooth. The only problem was , dropping the car. They took 1hr to come for handing back over the car. Need to improve the hygiene of car. Else price is unmatched. I took celerio X for 3 days. Hoping to use them soon again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Khandagiri All Car condition was good and the manager (Dipu) was very nyc person and arranged the car immediately but some times some cars are not available. That is the only problem other wise it’s good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place for self drive cars. I found the dealings of the staffs very cordial and quick. Very professional approach, great humanitarian values and efforts by Mr. Anurag and his team Mr. Deepu and Mr. Pralay.
I hired Hyundai Xcent for 9 days. The vehicle was very comfortable. My best wishes to team Drivo.

I have had terrible experience for my booking. I called and enquired regarding available cars . He told me about some cars , which I was not interested. When I checked online in their website Celerio was available. So I messaged him that it's showing Celerio. He didn't respond to my message, after booking the next day morning when I went there to take the delivery , they were like "car is not available, I told you that we have so and so cars. But you booked Celerio online. For which we are not responsible, as the website is malfunctioning." And offered me Kia sonet. Last I had to take Renault kwid. Which was older than they said. And charged me extra amount for a bad car. Beware of these looters. It was day light robbery for me. Never going to take from them again. Make sure these guys won't rip you off..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go for it. They scammed with us.. Rs 2000 online booking they have taken and Said book again offline by paying again.... Don't trust such a disgusting organization. Booking id-22020200940
Kindly check it and we have booked a swift and they said it's not available and gave us a i20. I need refund only. If it's showing it was on right trip. At that time we were on a offline trip by paying again. kindly verify the matter and initiate our refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are just frauds, nothing else. I don't have words to describe their fraudulent activities. They accept online booking for a selected cars, when you arrive at the desired location to collect the booked car, you will find the shop closed, nobody will pick your call on the mobile/landline numbers given in their booking site. After trying several times someone picked the call and informed me that the car for which they have accepted the booking is not available and I need to wait at least 4 hours to get the same. To my utter surprise they were not fitting with the reviews I had read about, which seems to be manipulated. I should also mention here they were extremely unprofessional and arrogant. Be careful before getting engaged with them. You might loose your hard earned money, energy and the most important thing in this world your precious time.
