★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Divisional headquarters , exterior totally encroachment by hawkers, worst traffic conditions in surroundings.One heritage Broad gauge steam Locomotive with water filling arrangement system of any station, demonstrate, Colourful fountain with 15 colours changing position. Very good grass lawn. The whole building is solar powered. Daily tricolour lighting done with LED lights.
Parking arrangements is not good enough as now days everyone has four wheelers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ratlam DRM OFFICE is situated at 2 Bati Chowk . In front of DRMO a small garden & an Model train. This area is full of traffic and to much sounds of vehicles horn .it is 1.2 km far from Ratlam junction . It is clean Place and looking very beautiful. Ratlam Junction is very bad toilet and too much garbage and bad smell . I give -5 ? star to Ratlam junction . It is open 10:00 am and close 05:00pm . All Ratlam district railway cantroled by this office . New candidate who will join railway first come here . Here you alote station and then you join your station . This all about Ratlam DRMO and Ratlam Railways .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behaviour of employees in DRM is good.Related to Western Railways this is Head office of ratlam division. Parking facilities is not so good. Clean and good environment. Sanitizer is available at each.D.R.M House is just behind the D.R.M Building.R.A.C duty room available just beside the Canteen. Power Duty Room available beside the back entry gate of D.R.M building.
