★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty uncleaned trains are running at Kharagpur Adra section, toilets are waterless. Lots of train are cancel led through 10 months without any logical reason. Service is too poor in Kgp Ada section. This office should be ashamed of their evil and anti passenger officers. Most anti passenger DRM office, they prefer running goods train only.
