★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym has just what i need. I tend to work out in the morning. When it's not crowded. So i never had to wait for equipment. Additionally, i found the right trainer. Who helped me to reach my fitness goal for the months."
The instructor(Tarun) is extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. They make very workout fun and challenging!!
I have not just become stronger but also more knowledgable and aware about my own body because Tarun explains the scientific reason for doing each and every exercise. His focus and encouragement pushes you to try harder and achieve the unachievable. Working out with Tarun has been a tremendously positive and result oriented. If I could predict the future, I would say he is going to go a long way in the fitness industry. My only regret is that I wish I had trained with him much much longer."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well it's already been 6+ years am connected to this gym, my whole body has gone through an amazing transformation here only, staff is good and supporting specially Mr. Anil shokhanda, u can find a great trainer here as Tarun Shokhanda specialized in transformation i can say.
