They sale by giving wrong info and also dont bother to listen their mistake or do excahnge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess now they ( Drug point) take customers for granted and think they will easily get foot fall. Due to Covid this store is in huge surplus of money and it is reflecting in their current store setup and behavior. Its complete mess up. And top of that they are happy with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very big medical store with mordern amenities. They provide medicines as well as healthy supplements just like a departmental store. The staffs are well behaved .
But there is one thing which I want to point out , they don't have any special services for elderly people or someone who is dire need..
Rest everything is ohk
A much needed store in a city like Patna.
They even provide 10 percent discount on orders above Rs.100 and Home delivery to certain locations

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The huge Pharmacy & Lifestyle store with all the products of daily use. The store is large enough and is well run by experienced and supportive staffs. One will find everything related to health and fitness. Store has proper parking facilities for all vehicle types.
♿️- Right from the entrance, the store is not accessible. There isn't any kind of ramp for the person with special needs to get into the store. Neither there isn't dedicated wheelchair parking space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Parents had a really bad and disappointing experience here. They used to buy medicines worth Rs 5000 every month from this outlet. Now since a few days back, their prescribed medicines have been changed but the people in Drug Point are refusing to change the medicine now. Their behaviour is not at all satisfactory. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM HERE. They are others outlet who are better professional than these frauds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After giving a positive review 2 months ago I went to drug point on multiple occasions and I would want to address that when a well-branded showroom opens near your place it feels great to see all the presentations and even makes us feel that it has everything which you need. However, Drug point is an example of a popular brand herein Patna probably because of which the staff is least bothered to listen or check which medicine you want to purchase and make you wait for at least 10 minutes. This is in a situation when there is no rush but still seems like they are not willing to do their job until a customer will repeat themselves for the 4th time and I am surprised they don't even know about cetirizine which is for allergies. The last time I updated my review that I mentioned they have got all the medicines that you need but I don't think that's the case anymore.
