1. staff is not cooperative
2. staff is very rude
3. staff is illiterate dont know the importance of hand sanitizing they jst touch the eyes of all patients without sanitizing while putting eyedrops
4. staff is not at all responsive and ignore our questions
5. doctors dont comment on the diagnosis they are not upto the mark
6.they took 1000 rupees for the tests but demanded extra 500 to just give the print out7. doctors dont write primary investigations on the file
8. diagnosis is not proper and line of treatment is very much dangerous for the patients
9. the receptionist are literally illiterate
10. the workers cannot even operate the scan machines and all other instruments
11. optometrists are unprofessional and don't even know that HYSTERECTOMY IS NOT DONE FOR THE EYE?
12. the eye ct scan operating woman was just not fit for that delicate and sensitive scan. she was jst unable to focus the pupil on scanning the eye
13. the receptionist are very rude and keep us waiting for long and answer rudely and oversmartly when we ask them about time
14. ALL THE STAFF OF DRUSHTI EYE HOSPITAL ARE ONLY FIT TO BE SWEEPERS AND CLEANERS!! NOT TO HANDLE SUCH DELICATE EYES OF PATIENTS!!
15. THE DOCTORS SHOULD CHANGE THEIR STAFF AND NOT KEEP ILLERATE STAFF TO SAVE MONEY!! VERY CHEAP MENTALITY
16. DOCTORS SHOULD JUST RETURN THEIR DEGREES AND THINK ABOUT HOW THIS HOSPITAL IS BEING RUN
