Service was fast ....place was clean ...the thing which I liked about the place is , I ordered for sambhar vada but they straight away replied me that fresh vada is not available so I can order anything else....they could have given me left over food from last night , but the haven't ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor staff service. Dont have the manners how to talk with their customer. Will not recommend to anyone and would suggest you to ignore the service of this pathetic resturant. The person working here ( Trilok ) was indisipline and dont know how to talk to the customers he is having too much attitude the reason they are loosing there customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good south Indian food chain, already tasted in Ghaziabad. Here visited first time. Food was of good quality, services are fine. Only issue is cleaning was not properly or sufficient, it may be I visited around 12 pm. May be they were opening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rarely it happens that I give 5 stars to reviews these days to food joints especially. Eateries in Gurgaon are expensive and still the food is tasteless and not worthy of the price at many places, not to mention unhealthy too.
I have been to Dosa Factory twice and found service to be quick and good. Waiters suggest options. I ordered Ghee Roast Paneer Dosa once for Rs 200 and it became my favorite. Price is not cheap but given the quality, service and the place they are located in, it's fairly decent. Well done park is an office space. You won't see any family sitting here and just office people. Very worthy option if you are close by.
