β β β β β Good residential complex. Situated in a quiet neighborhood away from the noise except the trains as there is a train track nearby. Quality of construction is OK. If you know DS Max standards then there's nothing new about this residential complex as well. This has got pool, gym and walking/jogging track. Overall a good investment.

β β β β β Locality is awesome free from all sort of pollutions. Mr.Deepak and his team is doing good job interms of appartment maintenance from ds max. They're been doing sanitation of common areas regularly and are keeping the premises super clean. Thanks for your efforts.

β β β β β Moved to this apartment last month and thoroughly impressed. Itβs located in a convenient spot that allows you to have connectivity to bus stops, train stations and even to the airport. With close proximity to happening areas like Sahakar Nagar, Malleshwaram and the likes, the apartment has got the best of both - budget as well as amenities.
The maintenance staff, led by the property manager Mr. Deepak, are professional, friendly and kind. They ensure that the facilities are well-maintained. Overall, Iβm a happy owner in DS Max.

β β β β β Proper good place, far from crowded city part. Big rooms with proper spacious bathrooms. Gym , swimming pool both for children and adults, and well enough space for parking.

β β β β β The apartment has been wonderful to live at and as a relatively new owner, we are impressed and grateful to Mr. Deepak, the security team and the maintenance staff that have been excellent in handling the covid situation. They have exercised precaution and upheld the safety measures. Well done!

β β β β β One of the worst society I have experienced so far. Amenties are only for the name sake to attract the middle class crowd. Poorly managed society with rude management team. Think before planning to relocate as you will face the dictatorial rules of the society while using the basic amenities like Lift and swiming pool. People who are part of the society committee are just to lough for. They will enforce their draconion rules each coming day what ever suits to them.
Your car comes with added daily headache for you to park it in its poorly designed parking space. Just try to visit with your car and experience the space crunch.
If you are looking for a moderate society with good basic amenties and peace of mind, surely this place is not for you.
