★ ★ ★ ★ ★ excellent location. builder is not reliable. its been 2 years they collected huge advance, but till date the project is not even launched. The land area is around 1.1 acre, normally every other builder used to construct max 100 flats in that area where as the great DS Max is building 180 apartments and saying it as a luxury project. They are simply cheating people with gimmicks.
