Totally frustrating service with no proper customer care department at all.
Every weekend their is one problem or the other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been suffering since above 10 days. At the evening time network shows that it is connected but pages are not opening. I have been calling them atleast 4 times in a day. Several people picks up calls and just asks the problem and says several things to do. Some of them just behaves too rude . Every time they assure me to fix my problem. But nothing is been happening since almost 10 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. We have 3 months off the internet here. Not fixed yet. Say no to fiber. The price of fiber is only 50 paise more so I didn't buy fiber .. it is still keeping the connection off

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of bad reviews, and I am not sure why. Maybe your operator isn't helping you, but my operator's been nothing but helpful so far. The connection is almost as good as Alliance, (although the ping has been fluctuating for the last two days, but that's negligible). Anyway, they have upgraded their servers, and after the 15 hours fiasco, they have also taken a new connection, which works like a charm BTW.
