The trainers are friendly and super energetic, the space is pretty big and they conduct the classes as a mix of English , Hindi and regional songs so there is something for everyone. Also the price is nothing for what they are offering so it is a win win case. All the best to the team ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is such a great fitness class where you have all kinds of dance forms, workouts in a scheduled way...The instructors are super energetic, you get drifted in the moves. I wonder, how one hour flies. Really entertaining and more than satisfactory.
DSOD does organizes many other weekend activities...like marathon, special dance classes, occasional events!
You sweat,you become fit. You worth it.???

You can find the best instructors here with great vibe & style. They inspire and encourage people at equal levels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One stop Solution for Fitness with lot of fun. The trainers are well trained and ensure holistic workout is designed and not just a single routine is followed. Each Day the sessions are planned in a manner that optimum result is seen. No matter you have two left feet but the trainers can make you dance?. I browsed through a lot of Zumba classes but the energy level of DSOD is unmatched.
Highly Recommended.

The Handholding of Instructors for each student is awesome . The way instructors teach is best in all aspects. I had been to many institutions but this I found the best .I have the option of rating only 5 stars; or else i would rate infinite number of stars for DSOD. Cheers ! DSOD ... Happy Dancing & Fitness.
