★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All financial institutions are getting digitized and this company still stuck in old age methods. I am an NRI and want to change my bank details and these people are asking me to send things like cancelled cheque or bank statement stamped by bank. How do you expect from NRI to arrange all these documents sitting outside India. Please transform youself.. funny thing was the agent I was talking to in their call centre doesn't know the difference between NRO and NRE account and they are providing financial help. No direct number to connect to head office, only toll free number. Got the direct number from call centre of head office but it doesnt work. Definitely not worth for NRI's in this digital age.

DSP does stand out among other Mutual fund companies, as being the company which has twice bought back their foreign collaborator.
Their faith in their team is indicated from the fact that the owners are fully invested in the funds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever i calls to Branch office, without listening further, receptionist / lady transfer our call to Customer care where IVR start. Then whats the use of giving Branch office number. If somebody has sent docs through courier to particular branch then how come customer care will give us the answer???? VERY PATHETIC Service. Not satisfied at all.
