You know Right way is important for right looks. I was too thin to carry my self and present my self at places like family functions, party's and even formal official functions for that matter.
i used be teased as thiny, skinny and what else.
earlier my concept was that dietitian suggest only weight loss. but after meeting Meghana at friends party changed my look out.
She is a positive person who can easily take anybody out of old misconceptions. i opted for an 6 months plan and guess what i have gained weight consistently well to be called fit enough.
