★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I approached Sneha for a weight loss program and a clean diet to help reduce intense muscle pain. She gave me a patient hearing and prepared a diet plan which catered to all my needs. The best part about her is she is really approachable. If I didn’t like anything on my plan, she would either give me recipes to make it tasty or she would give me alternatives. She takes care about your food preferences which is a huge plus point.
She regularly follows up if you are following the diet plan or not, and if you deviate she motivates you to go through with it.
I have reduced 2 kgs in one month of following her plan.. and intend to continue with it in the coming months till clean eating becomes a part of my life. I feel so light inside. All thanks to Sneha ??

She customizes my diet plan according to my taste and my convenience. The customized diet plan that keeps changing weekly helps me to enjoy a good variety of food and not starve at all. While joining the plan i thought i would have to give up some of my favorite food. But after following the diet I understood that you don't have to give up anything but just have to prepare in a healthier way by replacing some ingredients.
By following this diet i have lost 3.5 kgs in just a month.
