★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are charging whatever rates they wish, without giving any challan. They didn't show us a rate sheet and the service was not very friendly. After the COVID lockdown their service has detiorated and so not expected from DTDC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Extremely bad service, Most of the times they'll ask to pick up the parcel from their office. If you cannot do the delivery at home why are you even taking the couriers.

They charged me more money as it's an electronic device and when my track on dtdc website there it's showing parcel contains medicine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees are rude, customer service is worst. Even post office speedpost guys behave better than them. Market is very competitive and they act like government servants. DTDC needs to improve services. They return the parcel, only after 2 attempts that also within a day. As a private company they should understand customer needs and make policies which makes customer happy.
