β β β β β I went there for courier a parcel to Gurgaon,Hariyana. They told me they will take more than βΉ300 for my parcel which weight was 365 grms. But in post office the charge was taken βΉ94 for speed post. As DTDC is very popular courier service , i went there but they asked me huge money. I don't know what cost they take for local shifting.

β β β β β Dtdc charge is alwys higher bt theris service is not upto mark.. Nd now in lockdown condition they are earning just profit without thining anything.basically taking the fate!! I had a prcl which i need to dliver urgntly, i had paid 120/- for 200 gram from Sodepur to Burdwan!! Nd now coming to their behaviour,Too much unprofessional. Frstly I got a prcl frm dtdc before lockdwn the delivery agent was asking for tip!! I rcvd min 10-15 prcl in a wk avarage frm diff courier, no other agent ask evr!!and coming condition right Now, they r telling tht their ofc is closed though its showing open in google, so they told me to call them by seeing the location of the prscl in tracker nd need to infrm them whn it will come in the facility!!so after seeing tht its here I called them,DN they told they r not capable to deliver today, they wil ldeliver nxt day, again i had requested tht its an urgent then the told we r sending someone,then the "someone" told to come at a point which is 1 km away from my home nd to colleect!! So its a totl experience with dtdc by paying 120/- for 200g from sodepur to burdwan!! The worst courier survice evr..

β β β β β Recently visited this place. They are very helpful and didn't face any issues regarding service. recommend place for any kind of courier services. They have office near badamtala, Burdwan, just opposite of Burdwan head post office,

They demand money sending spam link, telling to install spam apps. Bank fraud people are linked with them.
Finally when we went to receive the parcel from their office, they behave opposite, like they didn't know all about my bad experiences.
