They lost my courier (Z26617737) which was to be delieverd in ludhiana but any how not delivered and came back to this branch and they lost that courier and the most worst think is that no phone calls is attending not only in this branch but your customer care delhi no or any other no which are mentioned on dtdc site as well....
Seriously there is not a option of zero otherwise i'll give that also any how many time i query in this branch no response no claim ....

Gone there to send some woolens to Kushinagar. Lady sitting out their weighed the packet and instead of 3164 gms told the supervisor kind of guy that the packet weighs 3500gms. Supervisor suggests to issue a receipt @ Rs.120/100gms and asks for my consent. The moment I ready to pay some 400 bucks he says that the package will be charged with some dimension metrics. After calculating some numbers on his mobile calculator he asks me to pay Rs. 800. I refuse to pay and take the package to another agency where it is billed with Rs. 240 only...
