★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcel no M00112662 booked on 28/2 at 11/50AM from AMBERNATH but Tracking shows Booking on 29/2 at about 6PM and could not reach Destination at SANPADA Navi Mumbai till now. How & Why it is Delayed? DTDC Need to check Delay as Being Highly Reputed Courier Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worstest delivery service ever i have seen. Even there manger does not receive the call. Most of the branch contact no. will be not present or it will be switched off. No response from there customer care. If call get connected to customer care if they found unable to help they will directly disconnect the call. Every branch of DTDC reply contact with other branch. Even i have twitted on Twitter but no reply. Its request to all do not every use DTDC service. Ambernath east DTDC employee don't know anything whether they have received courier or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked home pick(V71393935) up for my valuable item and paid charges for PLUS service along with insurance. Pickup was scheduled on 21st Aug but picked up on 25th Aug. Package was picked up from Borivali DTDC and to be delivered at Ambernath.
Status tracker says package has delivered but its in actual not yet delivered. I have paid for insurance and higher charges for safe and timely delivery. Please look into this ASAP to deliver package at urgent priority. I am trying again and again to contact ambernath branch but got no response. Please look into this.I request DTDC India to look for the irresponsibility of Ambernath Branch. They are ruining your brand, we have to rethink while opting your service.
