★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negative stars actually. I had sent a parcel with homemade masalas to Mumbai. It was delivered damaged & wet(second damaged delivery by DTDC). So much of water went in that all the contents had gone waste.
I understand mistakes do happen but shame on DTDC for such an awful response.
I wrote to them about this and they have replied that I should have insured the parcel.
So parcels which aren't insured won't be delivered safe by them? If that's the case why do they have this option open for the customers? Why am I paying premium delivery charges to DTDC if they won't take responsibility on my parcel till it reaches its destination.
Attached the pictures of damaged parcel and the funny response from DTDC. Surprised by such a response from a reputed organization like DTDC.
I strongly do not recommend this service to anybody.
