★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The distance from their office to my residence is just 800 meters, but they deliver the articles after four days, I lodged a complaint to the DTDC , they give the feedback that article was duly delivered to me . The Azadgarh office ,before delivery they also marked in the site as delivered.
I fear that if I did not follow up the matter the article was vanished.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service ever. Without calling or visiting the house they marks door closed. Finally after they updated the status wrong mentioning delivered whereas they didn't even call once or visit the house once. When raised a complaint at the customer service they closed the ticket without even resolving the issue. I don't know how these people are carrying out their business. Lodged a complaint against DTDC at consumer forum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a disappointing service they provide. Without visiting house or calling the customer they will update incorrect address or house not found. Even if u call the owner he will nit take responsibility. My parcel was showing out for delivery since 15th October and till date I haven't received my order. Now it is showing returning to seller. Both the office person and delivery person are unprofessional.
They will not call and simply update incorrect status.
