★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Courier was not delivered and courier boy mentioned the status as delivered. Which misleaded us that parcel got misplaced. That has hampered my business loosing trust on customers. I had very bad experience with dtdc delivery boys, they are playing with customers parcel. Dtdc transport service is quick but its spoiling the image due to usless and lazy delivery boys. Hoping that the franchises keep an eye on these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. They are frauds. They will charge you a lot of money and when it comes to give service they will not provide any. They are unprofessional and the staffs are rude. Do not ever use their service I repeat do not ever use their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a lot of courier services here but this one is clearly marked with a DTDC board. Good for sending packages to Mumbai and Navi Mumbai where others don't serve. Also the service isn't costly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A perfect place to ship all kind of couriers. They take care of all packaging especially if you are sending a laptop. The box has enough space to occupy laptop from 13” to 17” and charger/cable with good space for shock-proof cushion.
