★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst behavior and hopeless service , the employee here don't want to deliver the courier , never reply properly , they called me up saying sir we don't deliver in Badgaon area , ( why did you accepted the courier ?), send some person to collect. when my men reached them they asked for the courier tracking number, i receive many courier , i don't have clue of the tracking number. the staff think them self to be god as if they not doing courier service they are giving free gifts to people. they did not bother to search the document , my men had to travel all the way back empty handed. this is not the first time of this stupidity happned. DTDC udaipur is worst courier service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst to worst services....I booked the parcel for Udaipur to Indore and parcel has been delivered after 1 month on express delivery instead of 3 days. The lady does not respond properly and has no clue about the parcel. I coordinated with the Indore office and my parcel was delivered successfully to Indore.
Don't book your parcels from here...very bad service
