★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in the interiors of Mall Road, DTDC’s location is a little difficult to find. It’s a small office and is also highly priced with no one day delivery guarantee! However that’s understandable given the geographical location of the place and no air connectivity, but then also the prices should have been a lot cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My place is exactly 1km from DTDC office in manali with proper road connectivity. Still the DTDC courier representative denied delivering at my home and said if I won't pick up from office it will be returned back. I finally had to go pick it up from their office. Terrible service. While all the other couriers and shopping sites reach at door for delivery, this courier failed to perform their main business service. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no option for zero star wt i can gave to them for there services. One lady sting on office called me and said you need to come for collect my parcel no delvery option there, while i paid to DTDC full for my parcel and my hometown is in city area and she said we dont know the place ,while all other courier companies deliver to our door.
And said i have to come for collect it. I went there and collect my parcel and when i asked about all this she was very rood. I dont know how they are still exist in manali.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its easy to get lost and confused if you are just following the map. Ask around and the friendly people will guide you. The office is on first floor and the narrow stairs are easy to miss. The lady there was very helpful. Overall an easy experience.
