★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this DTDC agent charges incorrectly. He does not provide GST printed invoice so you can't even verify the actual amount. For parcel of less than 10kg, he charged 3000rs. Always ask for a printed GST invoice else please refrain from using his services.

My couier rcvd in this office is lost by delivery boy , when i visited this office , they told me ur item is declared as lost delivery boy delivered to wrong address nd not recoverable now•
Worst service ,ps dont visit here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go here. The guy will rob you. Charges are obscenely costly. Charged 2600 for 9kg of parcel which I later came to know as 1200. Please avoid this place. Don't go here

These guys are fraud. they booked my parcel and took money saying it would via air, and then they sent it via surface. whe I asked them why it was delayed? even they were lying that it went through air, I showed them the tracking details then they were surprised how it went through surface. Total fraud. Dont go there. Book your parcel from somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the fastest delivery method possible (DTDC+) as my package was important and contained valuable documents. The package was supposed to reach in 3 days. On day 2, I was shocked on checking on the website tracking that my package doesn't even have shipping information yet. I called the the owner of this shop and instead of resolving the issue, he shouted on me instead and told me that he didn't care how valuable my package was. (Also when i visited the shop, the employee and owner were fighting because they forgot to keep records for the packages they sent the day before)
Hence, if you care about your shipment and don't want to get scammed, don't even think of visiting their shop or using their service.
