★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the main stock point for DTDC which is receiving courier parcels from all over the world and it is safe to deliver to ur door step and at the same time they will pick ur courier parcel to deliver which place u want to delivery... It's is located at ENIKEPADU opp 24k kalyana Vedika... This is totally surrounded with secured CC cameras and 8 security guards as their shift duties and also above 50 above staff including incharges, supervisors, drivers, delivery boys and office staff who all maintaining covid safety precautions for customers safety...

They have not delivered my courier since a month, they robbed it and when I checked the tracking and asked them directly they told they will check and inform and not yet informed, when I went gain and asked them they told the same story again and gave a contact number of the service department, they told to contact us before coming to courier. They robbed my courier and not even responding to my issue and they not not even taking the complaint for my issue . Very irresponsible courier service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. No one deliverying and not answering properly. Delivery agents simply updating addresses mismatch. . Don't go with DTDC. TOMORROW my friend marriage. We booked delivery before 3 weeks, but they sent that courier to vizag. Worst situation for my friend. He bought new suite in Vijayawada because of this situation. This is 3rd time
