★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. They do not send parcels on time. They will keep it on hold. Its been 4 days since I have booked courier. It didn't dispatch yet. No proper contact information.
28/9/20 Edit:
I got a courier. The delivery agent took out for delivery and called me just to say we dont come to your home, you come and collect. I asked him why did you take out for delivery if you are not willing to come. The aggressive agent replied irresponsibly. I shouted at him to speak properly first. He marked rejected and sent back. Worst courier service. Never ever recommend.
Shameless courier agency. Not even a bit of change in them after multiple utter low ratings from the users.
If you still going for this courier service, I wish you good luck.

By using this parcel service even after shouting at them there is no proper responce from them and careless responce from them very bad courier service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, online tracking is misused by delivery persons, so we cannot really rely on them. Also, they don't bother to improve the service even after complaining.
Customer care number isn't working,and the shop's contact number is unavailable. So, no other way of reaching them for a complaint, in case the courier is lost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I’ve ever seen in my life. They never deliver at door steps but charge for it. They have their tagline Delivering value which is senseless. Never ever go with this courier service. Very lazy, Pathetic and Inefficient staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most worst service in kadapa. They expect to pick up the shipment from their office. No home delivery. They held me shipment for 4 days and I have been getting OTPs everyday saying it will be delivered today. I don’t have any option here to give negative rating. Blue Dart is much much better in kadapa than this rubbish DTDC.
