There is no landline available. The number given in their website +919172231189 is an inactive number and the other number which I got from their Bangalore office of +919172231192 is not reachable. Terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They try their best but not that professional. Being the main branch in this locality, they're busy most of the time and there is only one person to handle customers. The packages are not treated with care and just thrown around to load the vehicles to make up time. I know this industry calls for quick service which should not be at the cost of customer handling or even managing the packages when loading etc. That can also be said about most couriers excluding the bigger players like Bluedart, DHL etc.
