★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service and extremely unreliable. They do not want to help you out and keep giving different phone numbers to contact different people. Couriers generally reach Pune from where they are dispatched to Satara. DTDC Pune is equally unhelpful and hopefully this public comment can help me solve my issue of a lost parcel.

This shop is located in the loft of a mobile phone store and not very easy to locate from the street.
