★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a parcel on 7th Sep 2021 from DTDC(TF021) in Begusarai to Patna.I gave them the parcel packed in secure foil.When I gave them the parcel, the weight of the parcel was 3kg.DTDC Patna(Exibition Road Branch) delivered that parcel on 9th Sep 2021.The parcel was open box and all the items were missing from it.
I went to Begusarai DTDC to inquire about it.Staff of Begusarai DTDC called Patna(DTDC,Exibition Road Branch) and asked about the parcel.Patna DTDC(Exibition Road Branch) told that he got this parcel in open condition from DTDC HUB.
I have video that my parcel was solidly and secured packed.
My parcel was opened for theft intentionally.
No one is taking responsibility about my parcel.
