Although my parcel had reached to the courier shop, they did not deliever it to the consignee. Only after my frequent calls, they were able to identify the parcel and delievered it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving it 3 Star because of their service My friend had ordered a courier through it but they were not able to deliverd it on the proper address.
But that doesn't mean that their services are worst it happens sometimes. So don't worry go for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This courier service branch does not deserve any rating at all but still i give 1 star. I have sent a courier from Bangalore to Motihari, item reached this courier facility on time but these guys were not even addressed the item. After tracking the item with DTDC customer service which they took another 24-48 hour to track the item, they have found that item is lying at this courier branch from last 4-5 days. When i called this courier branch, nobody responded but after trying the no multiple times from multiple nos somebody pick the call. He told that he will deliver the item today and cut the call. I called again and he didn't peek the call but after calling multiple times he picked the call and said if you want to get your item asap you can come to their office and collect the item.
We are paying so much of money for courier service and in the end we getting the worst service. This is very disappointed facility from DTDC.

Uses offensive words with customers
Also Give warning to customers
DTDC courier service is very poor in motihari.i will recommend to go for others courier service like delhivery or xpressbee +919129145221 is the no. Of one of delivery boy, this guy is very rude, not even in normal condition, he psychopath. The service of this courier is not very good in this area. They always make excuses for not delivering on time.

As I noticed prior to communicating to Coustumer the delivery boy remarked, the coustomer is unable to receive the delivery and they rescheduled the date by themselves.
