They are very rude and Ill mannered people...one of the girl is sitting there who does not knw how to talk and always asked to take the courier from their office ...kindly work on that...better for the dtdc courier service for future endeavours....and teach your workers to have some ettiquites too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a scam. They have DTDC board on the outside but provide Trackon service inside. DTDC is a trusted brand but Trackon is pathetic. I sent my package 2 weeks ago,supposed to be delivered in 4 days, still not delivered. Since 1 week, it has been lying in Kolkata. The Kolkata branch number given on the website is not working. They're not responding on twitter. Somehow when I got in touch with the Kolkata branch, they refused to deliver saying our delivery executives are not coming, you can come and pick it up yourself. I would highly recommend you to not use their service.
Branch behaviour is good but service is worst. Earlier, they used to do DTDC. Now they've shifted to Trackon. May God help them, I'm never visiting this place again
