★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a parcel containing laptop and at the booking time they ensured that it will reach within 5 days. But even after 15 days it didn't reach to destination. I enquired and came to know that they had sent my package via surface even though they had charged me for air transit. And now no one knows where my parcel is because there has been no update over tracking after 15th September. Tracking Id is D78018578 (in case you want to confirm my complaint). Really pathetic service!
