★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst kind of service, I accidentally sent 4000 extra and they took 2 weeks only to not return me back money even after the proof was found for extra payment that need to be refunded. His name was 'Jitendra Jha' from ignou and westend Marg DTDC. He kept on using curse words and refused to refund me back the money, Nor did the DTDC customer care number respond to my issue. So, at the end I had to send one of my check in baggage though this service since I wasn't gonna get any money back looking at the way they kept on ignoring my plea, I sent the luggage via air and it's been 1.5 week I didn't receive my luggage they scammed me and sent it via Surface and charged me 210/kg: Air charge. Now I'm only waiting for my parcel to arrive by all means. I'm fed up of their cheap tricks and FRAUDS. I'm so disappointed in DTDC the worst experience I had in my life by a courier service and Jha'.
