★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He used to promise to book in a fast value package but fraud the money and book in a slow service. company's customer care says that he booked in a slower package.. hate these kind of guys. He don't even feel guilty and says.. "jaao complaint kar lo".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been experiencing issues with this franchise for long but have been containing myself but yesterday’s incident made situation even more worse.
Staff at this site is friendly but when it comes to charging money, they are not reliable as they may charges different price for same set of documents with similar weight. Then you need to negotiate with them for final price. I went there yesterday which didn’t turned out to be a pleasant visit. I had some issues on the pricing part and then their team lead asked me to go as they were not ready to change the price they were charging.
Would request everyone not to use this franchise service at all and instead try for some other franchise or may be some other vendor like Trackon, they also provide similar sort of delivery guarantee at lesser price.
