★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service quality of DTDC Branch- Tribeni, Hooghly is very poor. They are not atall professional. One importent consignement was showing delivered on 4th Jun'21 whereas I have received the physical consignment on 11th June'21 after lot of follow up.
On 12th June'21, we have received one very much important document which is totaly wet condition.
We are suggesting all, not to send any important consignement through DTDC courier.
