★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't forget this worst corrier service, totally rubish ,, they don't care about your delivery product ,they pack so badly , it is worst. In December 2k17 , my friend sent me a leather jacket by this Corrier service from Kota to Jaipur on 300 RS . When it arrived in Jaipur and I went to pick it up . Bcoz they denied to deliver this at my address , when I saw it's packaging I was shocked ,I got confused after seeing the packet it was looking like a spherical football. I got so confused that is there really exist any jacket ? When I unboxed it I got so angery . They rolled my jacket in such a way that it occupies minimum space . My product was in bad condition . they totally ruined my jacket . I would never recommend this worst ....... service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DTDC courier is good in services but one major issue is charges & delivery timing. They charge urgency amount 2.5 times then normal charges but delivered in 48 hours where else delivering in 48 to 72 hrs. In normal charges. Which is not really justified.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff doesn't have manners to talk . I called them to related to my delivery they just gave a answer rudely and disconnected the call even though I wasn't finished and then didn't picked call later. Also they say minimum chargable weight is 1kg whereas in dtdc it's 250 Gms.
