★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST Service Provider. Never ever go for that. They will charge you for the fastest service however send by a normal one. Moreover your courier will be at stake too. Not even respond properly. Even in a worst situation don't trust, better to go for BLUE DART or any other service provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On call, they advised not to pack the item as they mentioned that it needs to be packed in front of them..... Straight away charged 2500 rupees, without asking if I want to send it by air or road, when I said I want to send it by road, they quoted the price of 1200. When I checked it with someone who had sent the same item to same location for Rs, 550 and showed them the receipt, they said we will also send it for the same price but go back and and pack it yourself.

The dtdc app shows 65 Rs and they charge flat 100.
This is unacceptable.
Dtdc corporate should look into it

They have unethical way of conducting Buisness, I would never recommend anyone to have their services, Save yourself from these THUGS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not have option for 0 star, worst service I ever had. They took extra money for insurance and told me it's refundable but when I called for refund first they ignored me then changed number. Even parcel was delivered in broken state in 22 days. Nothing can be worst then this. Be mentally prepared if you choose this service. I would recommend never.
