★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience with dtdc was very good. On time delivery and good discount on rakhi. But from last 3-4 times they are not up to the mark. Second time when I sent item by their road service it took 12 days to deliver them. When I was expecting delivery of item it got delayed for 2 days while in tracking status it was showing that "Delivery attempted user was not present", but I was present for complete day. Recently when I sent Rakhi for this year it took them to deliver that in 8 days, that to on the day of rakshabandhan. Now I have decided not to send anything with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent glass frame to kolkata by air and they literally broke the whole glass in pieces. I have packed package in 10 layers of bubble wrap then also it brake. I am never going to send parcel through DTDT.
Theu not handle the parcel carefully while the fragile sticker ir there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am tracking my package since 7 days.its in pune however not delivered.. raised complaint many time still no response. Pathetic service. No one is picking call aa well. I need my package its urgent and important.
