★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very unprofessional as always .courier desk give 3 days delivery at booking time.since 11 nov its location is ambala hub.very poor service thet not even call and pick the call. cantact number is also not in service.
every time i face the issue from ambala hub.. i had a very bad and pathetic service with dtdc .

They returned.my parcel.saying address wrong and not delivered.
But at same address amazon and delhivery delivered at time.
Worse is that they do not even call or contact you in case of any problem. Neither they give you contact no. Of delivery boy
