★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrost behavior,we compeled to go this center due to DTDC's less charge.But they take extra money by giving many excuse.Both Sankar Chakraborty and and the lady have the wrost behavior and they look like lootera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst case in my life.. the person who runs this DTDC office is completely mad and barbarian. He called me around 11.37pm and asked me to receive the parcel from his DTDC office.Never delivered to any place.Every time he asks me to come over his office and pickup the parcel.The person is completely non-responsive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, they only deliver the parcel at selected place, not all the places having same pin code. They give excuse about not having service provider etc. Really painful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really very bad experience with this Courier. Recently, One of my parcel came to this branch. The owner called me and told he won't be able to deliver my address. I have to collect the parcel from his office. Otherwise, he will return it to the Howrah Office.
His behavior was very rude. He was talking like he is giving free service. This person forgot that I already paid for this service.
When I went there to collect my parcel, I just asked him the reason why he didn't place my parcel in my home. Unfortunately, he didn't reply anything.
Really poor experience.
I will not recommended this branch to use.
Don't know what's the problem with the owner of this branch.
Extremely poor behavior of this DTDC Agent.
Even This person does not know, how to interact with customer.
DON'T USE this DTDC Branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never seen such courier service in my life. Every time the person asks me to come over and pickup the delivery. He cannot deliver to any area. The person's behavior is very rude and non-responsive. He also misbehaves with woman. The person calls my wife and dictating her to pick up the parcel at 10pm at night else he has to return the packet.
