★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Totally misleading. We had been told that a consignment would be charged only as per the weight. We had repeatedly asked them that if we have to pay any charges for the glass item to be sent to Belgaum but were assured that no extra charge would be levied. But after packing our box, they suddenly said that the weight would be calculated as per the width and depth of the box since it was more.(the box was provided by them).And the charge was now calculated at 8 times the original amount. We not only lost out on the precious time (since we had a flight to catch in the evening)but was also thoroughly disappointed with their attitude. The person at the counter was absolutely clueless about the charges and had given us a wrong direction of their location( we wasted around 20 mins waiting for him since he said he would come at Minto Park to take us to their office. He made us wait at Moira Street. The lady was better than him at least in terms of knowledge. Had they told us about the different ways of calculating charge, we would not have wasted our time or been harassed. Very unprofessional approach and shoddy behavior. Not recommended at all.
